- Business Backlog is the main and only one, it spans the whole organization
MEETING PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES
Refinement of the Solution Product Backlog to provide business and product direction, priorities to prepare the product owners and Agile teams for their sprint planning.
PREREQUISITES
- Business Backlog file is available & accessible all the time
AGENDA
- Removal of solution backlog items that are no longer relevant
- Review new solution backlog items and prioritize
- Review of solution backlog items and sprint planning status
MEETING ATTENDEES & ROLES
- Business Product Backlog Owner
- Product Owners = Each Project Owner assigned to manage one of the team or small group of teams alighn around an EPIC
- Master Scrum Owner = Project Manager assigned
- R&D = Representative from R&D
- PI = Representative from PI
FREQUENCY
The meeting is to be held weekly and 1.5 hours is anticipated.
