* Russell et al including van der Aalst, Workflow Control Patterns: a Revised View.&lt;br /&gt;
* Anthony Tarantino, Governance, Risk, and Compliance Handbook, Wiley, 2008. (I know it is quite heavy, but it is worth the weight)&lt;br /&gt;
* Smart (Enough) Systems	 James Taylor with Neil Raden - Prentice-Hall, 2007 (or alternatively a summary &amp;quot;Why do we need Smart Enough Systems&amp;quot; by the same authors&amp;quot;&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
